I made a nasty mess of deburring the drill holes, but unfortunately this will be hidden once painted and fitted.

Horn Relay
I fitted the horn relay behind the front right side fairing. It is mounted by trapping the relays tab between the main frame and fairing framework.

Horn Wiring
When I fitted my new horn I used a relay (with a switched feed) to switch the extra current required. I triggered the relay from the original horn switch using all the original wires.

This is the circuit diagram.

Revised Horn Relay Position
On advice from others on the forum, I decided to move my new horn relay from an exposed position behind the front top fairing, to under the seat right next to fuse box.
