I see the bottom race specified as 17 or 18 mm by different bearing manufacturers, so I'd assume you to be correct.

Thank you Art for reply. On bottom bearing, I assume depth of the bearing being 17 mm or 18 mm will not make any difference? The SC54 (2003-2012 CB1300), SC58 (2006-2009 CBF1000) and SC64 (2010-2013 CBF1000) all have 26 x 47 x 15 mm (top) and 30 x 55 x 18 mm (bottom) steering head bearings, my assumption is they are the same.
Note the stem is not tapered but stepped

I am wondering same for my 2012 SC64. All I can find ID and OD are for SC54. Are they the same for both models? Hi all, i tried to look up by the search without luck (while there are some interesting discussion on the bearings didn't manage to find that info on subject) Does anyone happen to know the steering stem Out Diameter (mm) of the MKII ? and as a stretch the ID too...  Thanks
