new tyres

 :465:Wondering if anyone can help,due for a set of new tyres,seems that rp2's are the ones to go for.Can some-one tell me how much i can expect to pay for a set, as i have not got any prices yet. many thanks  Andy b.

There is totally tons of threads on tyres.  Do a quick search, even scroll down on this page and you will find.

Pr2's are current consensus tyre for the Biffer.  Prices c.£210 to £220 seems about right (some have found a bit less) for an on bike service incl balancing and replacement valves.

Have 10000km on a set of road smarts, still look like new and still handle great, and cheaper than PR2, PR1 I had chicken strip 1/2" Dunlops  :005: to the edge but I think there is nothing wrong with the PR2 either
