Hi , I had drained the fuel tank as best could to remove it to fix my throttle cables that had seized. When I put the tank back on. I tried to start it with the little fuel in it. It wouldn’t start so I thought it is too empty so I refilled with more fuel but it still won’t start. Does any have any tips or ideas if I should have done something else because I had the tank tipped up while off?

Did it start before you had the tank off?

Assuming this is a 'crank no start', does the fuel pump prime?

re: Art's post, you should hear the fuel pump prime when you switch the ignition on, (before you try to start it), sorry if you were aware of this!
