Hi - I have a couple of newbie questions I was hoping you guys may be able to help me with:

    1) does the Baglux tank cover for the CBF600A / CBF1000A (Mk1) fit a 2011 CBF1000FA (Mk2)?
    2) they look nice, but is it worth investing in the aftermarket lower fairings made by Powerbronze?

I intend to get a fender extender and rad cover to keep the worst of the winter weather off the bike, but I'm curious as to to whether other owners think the lowers are worth the expense (£250)?

I've seen a SC64 with a Baglux tank cover fitted so if Baglux don't do a SC64 specific cover maybe the SC58 cover will either fit or can be made to fit.

For my two penneth fairing lowers are not worth the hassle to fit let alone their cost, all they do is hamper access and they're ABS breakage waiting to happen.

Not a fan of the rad covers either, I'm thinking is they're little more than cosmetic.

Baglux did a tank cover for the SC64 and it is different to the one for
    the SC58.

    hi
agree with art re fairing lowers, more plastic to fiddle with before getting at things, lots of fiddly fasteners just waiting to be missed and snapped.
I have a rad guard and for me gives a bit of peace of mind re stones being fired at the rad, i was concerned about airflow but no problems over several years in 30 degrees C plus in spain/portugal, not much of an issue here in ireland !
Never considered a tank cover, i always think they are hiding some terrible secret but thats just me.
