I was just checking it few mins ago. I disconect TP sensor and i get 5V out of connector, so thats fine. But now i have problems since i dont have skills how procede next step with throttle. Is there a video maybe?
Since mine english is not best, its realy dificult to understand all the manuals, I was reading it yesterday for more then 3 hours and making notes..
Probably this will be TP sensor fault at the end, since problem came after hour of driving...

When in check sensor, do i have to disconected it (picture 1), or it has to be conected and then i check at wires (picture 2) If correct way is disconected, i have no idea howmto reach it, without let it loose and turn a bit, or to stick paperpins...

Leave the TP sensor connected and 'back probe' the connector with the engine at normal operating temperature to test as per my previous post. I found this video on 'how to back probe' for you. Don't worry about it being a Yamahaha, don't worry it being an Inlet Air Temperature (IAT) sensor, the video is about 'how to back probe' and back probing one connector is just the same as back probing any other.

Top tips - If you get a voltage reading of 0v disconnect the connector and check for continuity between the back probe pin and the terminal pin. When your finished back probing you may want to put a dab of silicone sealant or instant gasket on the back of the connector to seal where you back probed it.

I checked and its 0,52V without throttle and 4,54V with full throttle on a cold engine. Then i drove for 30min (first 25 min it runs perfect), and problem start to showing up again and engine was not stedy in neutral. So i tested again and results are same as on cold engine. Honestly i have no idea anymore. I will try to get tester to read code again (8.1 or 8.2) If it show it TP again ill will just change it, any suggestion maybe?

    Thank you.

Clear the DTC and road test, when it runs rough does the engine light flash and does the DTC 8 return?

If yes I'd try cleaning the TP sensor before replacing it. Mark & photo it's exact position, remove and clean by spraying with WD40 (or similar) followed by spraying with brake or carburettor cleaner, blow dry and finish off with a goodly dab of silicone grease and refit. Although you may want to go all in and replace the TPS, according to Mohkraats here this £14.99 ebay offering will do the trick.

I was surprised how inexpensive it was, found by searching eBay for 'KEIHIN JT7H 4019' but you'll wait for delivery from China, you may be able to find more local stock.

Other part numbers that I've previously noted from forum posts include:
    Keihin JT7H 4019 &, JT6H 90605;
    Honda 16402-REJ-W01 & 16402-PWA-003.

Here what happened. I founded a guy with profesional diganostic tools and softwere.
Code on bike was 8.1. We checked all wires by manuals for thats Code and thay all have conection. So wires are ok. Then he reset codes, and we get another fail:
    - Exhaust trottle value motor with potentiometer (short circuit to positive in the potentiometer) and engine light was on. We take that off, clean, reconect and put back on and light went off.
After making new diagnostic bike have no Codes.
Bike was on the table for few hours. it was running a lot. So when i drove home on warm engine it was rought again. Tomorow ill check with pin if the code 8 is stored again. If its there its TP sensor for sure. If there is no code.............

Unclear what you're saying. If after clearing the DTC's you experienced the rough running yet when you later jumped the DLC connector (brown and green wire terminals) the MIL came on and stayed on this would indicate that the TPS and PGM-FI System is not the cause of the rough running.

Check ignition and fuel working through the Troubleshooter Section 25

And the story ends in the sad way.
I took the bike to other shop. Thay found problem quickly. One of sparkplugs was burned, totaly black and it was different brend then other 3, which means that previus shop did not change all 4 sparkplugs before, even I payed them for that 2 times. Its a scam at the end.

Thank you all for your help, and special thanks to Alt it your ever in Slovenia am paying you a dinner
