    Any foreseen problems being 6ft2" on a MK2 CBF1000?

I have checked cycle-ergo but good to get feedback from actual riders.

    Appreciate any input.

    Thank you.

I'm not 6'2" but find comfort on 18 to 20 hour 1,000 mile IBA rides by shuffling around on the seat which I've covered with two seat covers, an air cushion with a mesh cover over it to increase seat comfort. I also vary the position of my feet (arch, heel & toes) on the foot pegs and I've fitted forward mounted, HD style, highway pegs which allow me to stretch my legs. I don't finish a 20 riding session as comfortable as I start it but I don't finish in any discomfort either.

hi, i have  mk1, not sure if the seating position is any different, but i am also 6'2 and have done 300 miles with one stop for petrol without a problem, the seat height on mine is adjustable and i have it on the highest setting to give the most comfortable knee bend position. My wife uses an airhawk and i keep meaning to try it but keep forgetting, so i suppose that says something in itself !

I've used a Airhawk for the last 3yrs on my mk2, wouldn't be without it. Long rides of 300 plus miles no problem, just stopping to refuel. Just got to make sure that you get the air pressure right to suit you, that's just trial and error.

I'm 6'3" and never had any issues up to 3hrs. Ergonomics fine and i'm 33" leg.

At 6'3" I have no problem with the amount of space available, I put the seat in the highest position, and use an Airhawk and a Shad comfort seat. The ergos are fine for me, but your mileage may vary. Any comfort issues I have are more related to my boney arse than anything else.
