Hi bifftek (nice nickname  :008: )

    Enjoy your motorbike!

Is not common in GR they prefer more adventure bikes because of the roads, but that years(06-09) it sold enough bikes, that’s why you can still find one in stock condition with limited usage, from mature(in motorcycles) owner

The MK2 it didn't sell enough because of the financial crisis at the time

Also In the motorcycle communities they see it as a boring look but once they ride it they change their minds instantly

But the CBF is comfy enough for all terrain even on dirt roads, I replaced the stock suspensions in 50k km with the Hagons, the people here influenced my final decision and the bike is more comfy even from yours transalp.

But the diamond in the bike is the engine, came from super bike Honda fireblade 1000 '06, which with this detuned setting from 170 to 100 ps is the perfect feel engine for long trips (cross-country) and even city commuting. with the reliability of the moving metal parts of the engine being incredibly high

Mine is 07 first owner, 60k km. The first 50k i did it for the first 3 years later the family came and changed the use dramatically

What ever you need, just ask

    Doctoras9 hi!

At first I apologize for my veeery late reply...

Thank you very much for your reply! It is very informing, very interesting and pleasant to read. I believe your bike could be more comfy than my XL700VA, because my CBF is close (with stock suspension) to my XL700VA (it has OHLINS shock absorber). That surprised me! Another thing that surprised me is how well the CBF copes with dirt roads! BUT i intend to change CBF's rear shock absorber with OHLINS. I need the remote preload adjuster.

Thank you very much file mou!
