    hello
i found a new rear shock for cbf1000 (2006 sc 58) with code number 52400-MFA-921
i searched the part list , and the original code number is 52400-MFA-D01
does anyone know what is the difference between the 2 codes and is it worth buying for 100 euros?
    thank you for your time

Are you looking at this one?

As far as I know SeeBef ordered a Showa 52400-MFA-921 from Italy off eBay for his SC58 CBF1000, as is often the case with newbie questions/problems they never report back, so the assumption is all was well and good.

According to MotoFaction 52400-MFA refers to the part and model numbers, so on that basis 52400-MFA is a rear shock for a SC58 and DO1 vs 921 means it was sourced through a different supplier.

The ebay advert specifically states it is for SC58 CBF1000's so if it isn't ask the sender for a returns label and return to sender for a full refund of the purchase price and postage costs as per eBay Terms & Conditions.
