    Noise after new tyre fitting

Took the rear wheel of today on my 2011 cbf with only 11000 miles on it. Ran great...no noise from anything.
Needed a new tyre, so fitted a pilot road 2 and put the wheel back on, spacers where they should be.
Spun wheel  before i took it out and sounded fine, and i did check the bearing when the wheel was off and all seemed ok.
Out on the test run, there is a noise coming from somewhere and its speed related as it stops about 10 mph.
Cant find anything and had the wheel back of twice to check it.
Sound a bit like a bearing grumble / whine, but they all feel good and there was no noise before i changed the tyre.
Did remove a double weight on the wheel as the wheel seemed better balanced without it, but i dont think that would causing an issue.
    Its been a long day....
    Any ideas anyone???...

    Check what you've done.

Is the tyre bead seated correctly and square on the rim?
    Did you balance the wheel?
    Is the wheel alignment correct?
Is the rear wheel fitted with a hugger, is the hugger clear of the tyre and the vent hairs?

Put it on the centre stand and run it up to 10 mph for a clearer idea of where the sound is coming from. If no sound on the centre stand then its to do with the tyre/tarmac contact patch.

    Thanks Art.
I have checked all these things, but there is something that i must be missing.
Its a strange one indeed. It doesnt  sound like a balance problem as its not bad on balance check.
Just seems to start about 15mph and get more noisy at higher speed.
I was thinking the hugger also with the wee bits hanging from the new tyre as it does sound that kind of
noise but the hugger is close, but clear, unless it is touching at speed but i dont think so.
What was a small job is now a bigger job, but i am getting really good at removing the back wheel now.
I will get back to it after work at the weekend.
If its a crisp packet jammed up at the front sprocket, i will feel like a right mug.
