on: 04 May, 2022, 07:56:39 PM
One has fallen out somehow,  does anyone know the size of these small screws ?
Two on the left handlebar ( the holding the switches to the handlebar ones )  and two on the right ?

I would have removed the remaining screw and measured that which may or may not have resolved the issue since the Honda parts fiche shows the four screws are all different lengths??

M5 x 20 and M5 x 25 on the throttle side
M5 x 35 and M5 45 on the clutch side

Honda call them screw-washers, everyone else calls them pan head machine screws with a flat washer. You may want to add a split washer between the pan head and flat washer to prevent the screw from loosening in the future.

FleeBay is your friend, I'd order a pack of 5 of each - M5 x 45 pan head machine screws, M5 flat washers, M5 split washers. Cut the machine screw to length with a junior hacksaw and chamfer the cut with a fine file, leave the surplus in the zip lock bags they come in with a squirt of maintenance spray.
