SATELLITE TV re-tuning dish to 19.2 help needed please

Not really tuning the dish rather the freesat box
I have been given a Sky dish and universal LNB coupled with a old Manhatten box
I have got the dish pointed in the right direction with a sat finder and now get 200 or so German/Austrian
channels including Eurosport 1 , but the channel I need to get is one called Servus as this shows MOTO GP Live for free.
I have tried tuning the box manually to Frequency 11303 for HD or 12663 for SD as per the instructions on line and in the original box handbook  neither will work
Is Servus still available? everything I have seen on the Net suggests it is
Any ideas ?
