MCE insolvency
on: 11 January, 2022, 11:23:40 PM
Anyone else had an email about intention to disclaim insurance policy from MCE administrators?
I had a look at renewals and up pops MCE as the cheapest by a long way. Bit cheeky to still be selling...

I believe MCE UK are still operating without any interruptions.

It is the underwriter in Gibraltar which has gone into administration and hence those policies are being disclaimed.

MCE UK are now offering policies underwritten by Sabre.

Unfortunately they are still the cheapest option by a long way for me and I can imagine this will be the same situation for many. So whilst I would love to avoid them it's MCE or the bus.
