Seat adjustment
on: 04 December, 2021, 08:19:13 PM
Hi all.... i have an issue with adjusting the seat height... its a 2007 model... im not doing anything wrong with the adjustment (thats easy) but whats confusing me is the way the seat sits in the middle setting... the seat sits too low over the side panels and flares the seat.. it sits flush to the panels in the highest setting but sits too low in the middle... any suggestions would be appreciated

How odd! I had mine on the lowest height and it sat comfortably on the bike. People usually are critical on the large gap when on the highest setting. I wonder if it has been 'butchered'?

Hi Ken... since i posted that thread i did some more research and typed in the serial number under the seat. Turns out it's a seat off the 600  :087: I'm on the hunt for a proper one now..

I'm glad you've solved the mystery, :047: and hope getting a replacement isn't too expensive! :084:
