You've proved the battery holds a decent level of charge. Now with a reading of 12.06v across the battery terminals at 5,000 RPM the fault is either a break in the wiring, a failed regulator/rectifier or a failed stator. It's unlikely there would be a break in the wiring, the regulator/rectifier is a robust unit so less likely to fail, which leaves the stator, test the stator.
