I am new to this site and to my CBF1000 A7 which I have just bought ( 30000 mile ).
    In the ideal world ?
Would I ,should I replace front springs and oil ...with what.
Would I , should replace the rear shock ....with what.
should I raise the rear ride height for better steering.

its all feels a bit ponderous and wallowiiiiiii

    Thanks guys

Going on for ten years old I'd replace the front fork oil. I have a 15W fork oil in mine didn't see any need to replace modify or fettle the front fork springs or the rear shock absorber.

Rule #1 of diagnostics is to prove the complaint but I'm unclear on what you mean by 'ponderous and wallowiiiiiii' but I'm guessing if your not riding on gravel it may be worth checking the likes of head stock bearing, swing arm bearings, wheel bearings, engine mounts, tyres etc. Raising the rear ride height will is unlikely to improve the handling unless of course it has previously been lowered.
