    +1 Motul 5000 10-W40 and Hiflo HF204 oil filter at 8,000 mile intervals.

    I've been using Motul 5000 10W-40 and Hiflo HF204 oil filters since I got this CBF 10 years ago, the specifications exceed Honda's recommendations and I can source it from M&P at a favourable cost.

    I change my oil every 3000 miles and only use Mobil 1, not because I need to or Honda even recommend it, it's just because I believe a fat bloke in the pub, that used to live next door to a bloke that once had a dog that shat on Graham Hill's lawn when her werra lad, and obviously because I like to spunk money away for no good reason at all.  :008:
