Yes Shed, it comes from Harley ownership,   they really do have them chrome plated oil filters you posted.


Look at this bad boy for 180 quid.






Oh and I’m such a posh boy. I sit in the café, pouting my lips and raising my little finger whilst I sup on my latte (pronounced laah-tay, not latt-eh), gazing out of the window in admiration of my beautiful K&N filter.
