Halfords ready mix antifreeze is good enough?

Suggestions on what to use would be appreciated.

Start a new thread would be best.

Plenty of info on this site if you search.

Antifreeze - ready-mix is fine, but the antifreeze must be suitable for aluminium engines i.e. silicate/s free.  The spec is in the book.  Honda Pro(2) is v.good and can be bought online without going to the shops.
Only do it right - no bodging please.   Keeper of the failed stator list.   John.

My coolant of choice is TRIPLE QX Red Concentrate Antifreeze/Coolant from Euro Car Parts, mixed 50:50 with de-ionised water, I use the same coolant in all my water cooled vehicles. The CBF1000 coolant capacity is 2.7L - hint measure how much coolant you get out when draining the system to know how much is still left in there. I found to do a proper job and remove all the old fluid I had to remove the radiator or you could just flush the system two or three times.
