Full size bike ramp for sale
« on: 31 August, 2020, 08:53:44 PM »
Is anyone interested in a full size bike ramp? 70" long and 25" wide. Hydralic lifting (manually pressing a lever) with wheel clamp at the front and a removable plate where the rear wheel goes.

It also comes with a wooden ramp which fits next to it so when you push your bike on, you can walk 'up' with it.

It is heavy - you will need a van or similar to pick it up from ROchdale (I am NOT having it delivered). I'm selling it because I need the space in the garage now I have 3 motorcycles and 4 pushbikes.

Looking for £250 or nearby. No silly offers please.

Red MK II with full luggage, MRA screen, hugger, crash bungs, heated grips and Autocom.
CB1300SA with a few bits.

Hi Alan

I am interested in the lift.  I missed your first post unfortunately. Do you know the maximum lifting capacity of the ramp?

Thanks

It will take a CB1300 with no issues (I guess that's around 250kg).

As well as the Biffa I have a Honda Crosstourer which tips the scales at around 280ish KG from memory. It's a fairly heavy bike.

There should be a specification label affixed somewhere, normally on the hydraulic ram, detailing the maximum lift weight which could be very different (+/-) to what its been used for.

I'd definitely be interested but you're just too far to collect, Al.

If it doesn't sell you could solve your limited space issue by parking a motorcycle on it that's what I do
