Pannier stays
« on: 11 August, 2020, 06:50:33 AM »
Does anyone know if the pannier stays for an 2008-2010 CBF600 (part number 08L41-MER-800A), will also fit a 2007 CBF1000 (which usually has part number 08L41-MFA-800).

Many thanks

I don't know for sure but the 2006-2010 Givi rack and pannier frames I have for my SC58 CBF1000 A-6 came with extra fixings for fitting to a CBF600. The Honda pannier frames, racks and panniers are different to the GIVI kit.

I had a cbf600 2010 and everything fitted straight onto the cbf1000 2009 A6   boxes/ rack on the 600 left , same boxes /rack just repainted on 1000 right

That's great, I already have the Honda rack and topbox fitted, and have a set of panniers ready, but waiting for a set of pannier stays to appear on ebay, is like waiting for a straight answer from a politician!

There is a set of pannier stays on ebay now for a 2008-2010 CBF600, so i reckon i'll plump for those.

Out of interest, what did the respray on the lids cost you, i have silver panniers, but a blue bike like yours, my top box is already blue though.

Cheers
