Coding New Key MK1

i have purchased a blank key with transponder and had it cut. Have the leads that i plug into crank sensor and conect to battery but i cant find where i need to plug the lead into someine has said the red connector on right of bike that has wire going into it from crank but the lead has a different connector.

That is right it is the red connector on the right just above the radiator. You are connecting it to the right side of the red connector, the loom side that goes to the Engine Control Module.
