Crank no start should be an easy fix :169: download the 2006 - 2009 CBF 1000 SC58 (MKI) workshop manual from here.

Are there good sparks?

NO –

• Loose or disconnected ignition system wires
• Faulty ignition coil
• Broken or shorted spark plug wires
• Faulty CKP sensor
• Faulty engine stop switch
• Faulty ignition switch
• Faulty ECM

Also worth checking the HISS receiver is in place (and hiss light working properly).  As I understand it, a failure there would allow the engine to crank but the ECU would inhibit anything more.
Only do it right - no bodging please.   Keeper of the failed stator list.   John.
