Just fitting renthal road medium on my 2011 mk2. They are 22mm not 22.2 but the throttle and lever fit fine ( retaining pin holes drilled ). Bar ends need to be a smaller diameter ( I have fitted barkbusters bar end kit  14mm, they fit in ok but I still need shorter bolts for the Acerbis handguards ). Also I found I needed slightly shorter screws on the left switchgear to get it tight. If they do 22.2 they would be better.

Hope to give them a try them today, will update.

Couple of hours riding and all is good. You do get to see a lot more elbow in your mirrors and they feel wide at first but after an hour or so feels very natural. Being black the wonky angle my bars are at doesn't notice.

Just a bit lower and seems to put your hands in a more sheltered position behind the widest points of the fairing.
