Howdy - new Proud CBF1000 owner
« on: 18 November, 2019, 01:11:33 PM »
Hi All,

Moose here from Dublin,

Picked up a pretty immaculate 2009 MK1 GT on Saturday.

Needs a service and general shakedown but is in fine fettle altogether.

Looking forward to the interaction with the group members and am currently on the look out for the following:

MRA Vario Screen
Crash Protectors
Owners Manual/Workshop manual (PDF fine)
Gel seat or similar
Panniers (Have factory topbox)

Thanks a lot guys  :028:

Hi Moose,

fairly identical to mine. I put my MRA vario screen on a set of Palmer brackets (http://www.palmerproducts.co.uk/) which gives the screen much more flexibility adjusting for height and angle. Would highly recommend.

Welcome to the forum.

Paul.

Hi Moose I have 2 silver panniers that I am not using, or will ever use, a few scuffs and scratches, but serviceable. if you pm me your email, I can send some photo's, don't know how to do it on here.
Regards, Mike. PS also have mounting rails as well.
