Fuel Tank Cleaner
« on: 26 October, 2019, 02:05:43 PM »
Alright chaps,

I’ll soon be changing my fuel filter and whilst I’m there I thought I might as well think about cleaning the inside of the fuel tank. Has any members of the forum done this job before and recommend a suitable cleaner and method of doing the job?

Seen this guy do it on YouTube using apple cider vinegar but looks a bit of a bodge to me. The stuff that comes out of his tank makes me think this is a job worth doing, however a new fuel filter may do a sufficient job without having to clean the inside of the tank  :084:

A day without learning is a day wasted
