Mk2 light fitting types?
« on: 13 July, 2019, 07:47:46 PM »
Very noob question but before I remove the fairing to get to the side & indicator lights I’d like to know, what type are the bulb  fittings? so I can have the correct bulbs ready for the job.
sorry if this has already been posted but I could’t find it with the search function

Hello the side lights are the 501 or W5W type. The number plate light is the same, this is handy for example if you want to test a bulb  :028:
Not sure about the indicators  :006:

Designed in Japan, assembled in Italy, fiddled with in Britain
