I weight around 80 kgs
Can any anyone tell me what is the best setting  I should set my 2006
 Rear suspension to thanks

Rear:- Pre-load one stop harder than you think (until position 7 reached).

Seriously though, it depends upon so much - not least of all how worn your suspension parts are.
Basic setup involves a lot of measuring just to get to a start-point (before tweaking further).
