Wiring indicator buzzer
« on: 05 December, 2018, 06:07:26 PM »
I know there have been previous discussions on this ( I haven't looked at every single one ) but they seem to describe very complicated procedures for fitting , removing fairing panels etc to fit a simple item.
Isn't it possible to wire in to the rear indicators say, and is a relay required ?
I have a buzzer I got from Heine Gericke years ago with no instructions and just a red and a black wire which I never got around to fitting to any bike.

I remember fitting a warning buzzer to a car some time ago and am sure I had to connect to both indicators as well as return wires and earth. at least 4 possibly 5 connections to make the buzzer sound. I also had thought about fitting a buzzer to the bike to stop annoying my Mate's when I forget to cancel the indicators. :430:
