Look twice at intersections!

Had this happen the other day! Result was a couple of days in hospital, surgery and all things going well 6 weeks in a cast!

Moral of the story is a £40 Amazon special DVR will give you irrefutable proof in the event of an accident. Thankfully I was riding with a friend who was able to deal with the bike and the police while I was carted off in an ambulance.

Insurance company has two different sets of lawyers on the case. One to deal with injury compensation and one to do with the damage to the bike so we will see what happens there!

My heart was in my mouth when I saw the video.

Very, very relieved that it wasn't more serious. But still, surgery etc etc... no fun.
