as i cannot edit the original.
Pump internals used are KEMSO 13836 pretty cheap with all parts needed inlcuded in the kit of ebay.

IF your fuel pump is good but you have a problem only with your VITON RUBBER
then google quantum fuel pump viton grommet and save your self even more money. good to have one on trips you never know , i now keep one along with rectifier, stator and  tps  if something else fails  :430: just push it in the river /sea  :300:

Good review and guidance stergio. The main problem with the fuel pump is the 'body' of the pump. That filter'body' needs to be changed because it can't be cleaned properly and unfortunatly Honda sells complete unit for 700 euro!!

Thank you for the kind words,

to spare you some time please check also this thread that follows this one.

It explains the problem is so severe in the filter that even after a good cleaning the filter must be finally replaced.

So i did a custom fuel pump with an automotive filter inside that is replaceable.

Hope it saves you time.

and either get a new pump i found a oem one in italy for 150 € or make a new with a custom filter . I run a year and a half with a custom one and its was fine.

My CBF1000A from 2007 has run more than 105.000 km and the engine still runs perfect.
