WTD. A bolt, well two - just like this
« on: 11 February, 2018, 10:16:28 PM »
Gents (& Gals),

Seriously on-topic I'm sorry. I'm after two of these, can anyone help - they are a lengthend version of fitted to the bike to handle some small mods I'm playing with.  The shoulder could be a bush but I haven't anything in the bits boxes, the length I can cut back if found too long (19-25mm can already be accomodated).

I'm after a known supplier or someone very handy with their lathe.

Oo yes, some good ideas here.  Many thanks.
I need shallow dome heads but this should be the way to go and buy some tubing for bushing (I realised that as I wrote the OP - and need some tubing anyway what with the spare bits boxes being void).

The very practical 6mm c/s super-bright machine screws currently in place now have their days numbered.

Love it when a plan comes together.
Just make one (or two).
From (M6x1.0 x25 flanged hex head (albeit 4mm hex)

Job done.  Fitted and 'make-do' posi-drive c/s screws removed.
Not a pro as the Honda type removed but suitable and a job correctly done.
Again, thanks for the ideas/pointers.
