As long as you follow the oil level checking procedure you should be fine.  After warming the engine up for 3 minutes before checking, if you watch the oil level window you will see the oil slowly fill it.  At approx 2 minutes the oil should be at its upper level BUT you will be amazed at how LITTLE oil it actually takes for the oil level to go from its upper limit mark to wholly filing the eye glass, it is hardly more that a couple of egg cups full.  Anyway, there is an oil pressure relief valve built into the lubrication system in case of there being a serious oil overfill so it would appear that Honda have thought about this one.

Honda always send me an email customer survey. I know anything negative you put on that will have the desired effect, and cause the dealership problems. Incidentally, Companies House Beta, a free service, will give you details of the directors of any UK company.
