I agree the wind shouldn't be a problem at normal road speeds, i regularly ride in high winds on top of unprotected moors, it can have an effect were it "drifts" the bike sideways, this is more prevalent in the rain , the only time wind becomes a issue is if your "On the Edge" a lean angle can sharp be blown out of control but of course we don't do that sort of thing, or not on the CBF anyway (have you seen my ground down foot pegs?  )

I have done this course with Tom he is a great teacher and I did learn a lot about the bike been a lot more capable than I was.
