I've just bought an Almax chain and Squire lock based on great reviews on this as well as other forums ready for the CBF arrival this weekend.  Apparently the Hardie ground anchors are in short supply and there are a load of fakes around, anyone have any similarly priced recommendations?  An alarmed oxford disc lock is going to be my other deterrent when out and about.  :-)

I have just fitted a tech7 basic alarm, does current and shock, , they are cheap but work spot on, I have dropped the blue led into back light, looks good when set, takes two minutes to fit,
Read feedback on unit.

I chose a basic one because if it goes wrong it does not effect bike running and I can disconnect in 30 seconds,
