John Measures
on: 21 August, 2014, 08:22:50 PM
As some of you will have read on the forum John is a specialist injury claims solicitor ,  biker and In my opinion a TOP MAN.
I have a on going case of personal injury fronted by a solicitor supplied by my insurance company ,I can't go into details but lets just say I'm not completely happy with the way its progressing.
I had the good fortune today to talk at length with john and he was everything you would want from your legal expert, plain speaking, personable, patient, at times humorous and above all knowledgeable in his field.
I wish that I had known about him before I allowing my insurance company to appoint a solicitor but hindsight is a wonderful thing.
If you have no win no fee legal protection cover attached to your policy  make sure you read ALL THE SMALL PRINT  consider all the ramifications then CALL JOHN it might just save you a lot of stress (not to say money).
Once again thank you very much John I feel a bit more in control now :001:

John most deffo is a TOP man and a very likeable chap as well. Had some very enjoyable chats as well as advice from him when sorting my little drama when some arse knocked my bike over at the Manx TT in 2011.  His specialist knowledge might well be personal injury but the depth of his general legal knowledge is far wider that you might imagine.

How are you John, take a bow mate  :031: .

Thanks Edger for those kind words. Once you have had the conference, please do not hesitate to give me a call and I am happy to bore you rigid again.
Hiya Andy, long time since we spoke. I hope life is treating you well? Things have been very busy of late as work does increase over the summer.
Thanks Nuff for referring your Dad to me. I hope he was happy with the outcome?
Finally, I am 60 on Saturday and instead of going somewhere hot and comfortable, guess what, I will be at a m/cycle rally under canvass. Bikers Eh!!!  :112:

To be honest pal, I'd forgotten all about that and have no idea what the outcome was....
Take my advice or not, I really don't care. I'm just telling you what I think and would do on my bike.

Hi John - Happy birthday for tomorrow. I'm sure you remember that I spent my 60th at the HOC AGM. So, there is a precedent (if the wife complains).
Red MK II with full luggage, MRA screen, hugger, crash bungs, heated grips and Autocom.
CB1300SA with a few bits.
