Having looked at buying a set of aftermarket cans and cringing at the asking prices
I decided to buy a second hand set of standard cans and gut them
Drill around the outlet pipe be careful not to press to hard as when the drill breaks through it tends to twist sideways off the baffle and snap(cheap pound line )
join up the holes with a round file ,
Once freed from the end take a suitable bar , screwdriver etc and start to wobble the baffle side to side ,round and round it is only held in with two small welds tacked on to another baffle inside don't be tempted to grab the end of the outlet with grips as its very thin and soft and will only fall apart if you twist it
( nothing is attached to the outer tube so don't worry about the outside finish )
Now you have a large open ended can, tidy up the rough metal blow a coat of heat proof matt black over the cuts and job's a good u'n.
OR do what I did fabricate a new end cap using a section of the original out let pipe and a few bits of stainless plate, it now looks like the standard end but has the extra DB killer removed .
I will try to stick some pic's up soon and maybe a small sound video .

I quite like the two pipe up the one side look
OH and once I paint the end cap you won't see my rubbish welding
