Indicated 265 on a 2004 Blackbird. I think there might have been another 5 kmh or so left in it but there was a hill coming up and I couldn't see over it so there was no way I was going to risk it so I hit the binders.
On my recently acquired Biffer I bugged out at 205 kmh. (I'm getting older)

Clocked just over 180 on a road through a park in Northern Ontario.

Then a thought occurred to me: Where are the moose? They have a tendency to run out and stand in the middle of the road.

Hit a moose at that speed and you'll be done before you body hits the pavement.

I backed off.

Have never gone that fast on a bike since.
Old enough to have seen it all, heard it all, done it all. Just can't remember it all.

I saw an indicated 136 mph once, that was on a B-road as some riding companions were disappearing off ahead of me. On that bike it would be more like 120-ish real, but I may have been going faster momentarily before I looked down at the speedo. Sprint RS 955i.

Back in the mid 90's ...
Suzuki GSX750F (the Teapot), showing 155mph* when clocks stopped moving.
That's good enough for me.
On a private road obviously.

* Allowing for a 10% speedo error about 140mph.
