Just had a good couple of days in Mid Wales centred on Barmouth.
Tarmac smooth, roads not too busy, accommodation good, (see recommendation). Bike behaved herself!

Did a day trip to Bala last week, left at 0830 and back by tea time good ride out and yes the road are smoother than they are here in the midlands!
