For anyone interested in the 'Heartbeat' country, namely Goathland on the North Yorkshire Moors, I stayed at a good B & B there over the weekend.
The landlady, Cath,  is very keen to take in bikers and has a double garage, able to take 5 - 6 bikes nice and secure.

I had a twin room, not ensuite, but bath, shower and loo close by and wash basin in the room, and only £58 for 2 of us.

Would recommend 'Moorhaven'

Ahhh, tis a lovely part of the country, do they still have the biker morning meet ups, in nearby Whitby? A good ride out for a bacon butty, or south down to the cafe at Fridaythorpe, very popular with bikers
