Used my R&G  heated grips yesterday. They were that warm could only cope with level 2 out of 5. And not as expensive as Oxford or Hondas own.

I must agree, Just start using my R&G heated grips, and for Ģ40 including postage its a 5 out of 5 for me.

Hi, have only had my 07 reg cbf a month or so. Ordered a Give topbox and siderails to fit, very pleased, easy to fit and good quality 5 out of 5.
Also bought a Pyramid fenda extenda, far to short and doesn't help to keep crap of downpipes at all 2/5.
Bike came with Honda colour co-ordinated hugger, again too short and doesn't do job its meant to.
Had Avon Storm tyres on previous 2 bikes, bmwF800ST (yuk) and Bandit 1200 (oh how I miss it) and will be putting them on cbf when time comes. I like the feedback they give. 4/5

R&G Heated grips 5 out of 5.
Fitted on Saturday let the glue dry and took the bike out on Sunday to test them started off on 5 then had to put them down to 3 as they were to hot with my summer gloves on.
Next job to do when i have some spare cash is HID lights as the lights at the moment I think are very poor.

This thread is the best. I'm picking up a 08 Biffer tomorrow and have evil plans to farkle it. With 100s of 1000s of Ks riding I know what I need to add to make the bike more practical. And can rate it based on functionality on previous bikes.
Oxford heated grips 4 (some units fail to auto off).
Givi screen 5 with madstad adjustable brackets 5.
Givi pannier frames 4, fibreglass panniers off an aerial square four 4 (they're better than I expected, narrow, strong, almost waterproof).
Mechanical cruise control 4 (thumb lever type -brand?, tried kaoko but not easy to use 2)
Crash posts 5 (whatever brand to fit)
Rear shock with remote preload 5 (will try Hagon but can't rate yet).
Venturer rear luggage  rack 4  - for soft luggage, strapping things to, and to keep pillion from falling off...
will fit but can't rate:
xenon HIDs, hugger, fender extender, radiator guard.

A good rider on an average bike is better than an average rider on a good bike

1, Scott oilers, hate them hate the mess  :004:
2, Heated grips, I've got good gloves  :039:
3, Huggers, bad experience with an exploding one on my first Blade  :720:
4, Panniers and boxes, add weight where you really don't want it and if I need that much stuff I'll use the car  :181:
5, Bridgestone touring tyres or "nippon slipoffs" as I call them  :151:

Have you thought of doing something else other than biking Badger?

Maybe you would be more happier with a trike  :008:
