Tyres off ebay?
« on: 28 July, 2011, 10:32:21 PM »
Anyone bought any BT023's off ebay? I'm finding it hard to find time to get to my favourite shop and the prices are good - but I'm a bit concerned about what I'll actually get.

Hi Alan, I've used Round & Black twice in the last 5 years and I have friends who use them extensively also and the consensus is good service with no complaints mate.

Alan , check out Crossan tyres do search for them it might be under visor shop, I am just packing up to get off the ship will look it up for you when I get home , they seem to be quite a bit cheaper than most and it is free delivery even though they are based in Newry in Northern Ireland.
I am looking at various tyres was tghinking about PR3's but after the post earlier were the yank had his shredding on him I am nort so keen. They are doing PR2' at a decent price, but really looking at Contimotions at 168 quid a set 120/70ZR 17, and 190/50ZR 17. Have been reading up on them and most reviews are giving them the thumbs up for longivity and performance wet and dry.

Cheers. When I checked there, they are significantly more expensive for the tyres I want - about £35.
