Securing your CBF

I use an "Almax" lock and chain, whenever it's not in my locked alarmed and camera'd up garage, I know I'm lucky to have a garage, and many have to use the garden ETC, but I swear by the Almax as it is one heavy duty bit of kit, not as good if you have to cart it about though because of the weight!! and it'll give you a small discount on the insurance, I NEVER use an alarm on my bikes as they go wrong at the worst times, friends have had to push their bikes away from electricity pylons because it was interfering with the alarm!! that and no one takes any notice of an alarm going off nowadays!!

Firstly I don't show the world where my bikes parked by not adding it to the Members Map. I don't park it at the front of my house or wash it on the drive.

It lives in my workshop that's alarmed, it also has a baby monitor that has the mobile part in my bedroom. I use a disc lock the wrong way round so the key is inside the wheel and hard to get to. A chain to a ground anchor and the 2nd chain and lock through the rear wheel and over the seat which is my method when out on a ride - locking the helmets with it because ours are double D fasteners and wont fit the built in helmet lock

A high insurance post code then.  Mind you having seen all your bikes set out so neatly in your yard I can imagine why you are 'sensitive'  Nice workshop though, I mentioned the ceramic tiled floor and told Les that I could do with a tiled floor as a priority in my man caver and she told me to bugger off (or words very similar but actionable).  Got big vans in Latvia.

As for me I have a sign gorilla taped to the handle bars saying " Chassis wired to a 240v electric main".  That is along with all the other stuff aforementioned ta boot
